Had a major squee moment yesterday while leaving the vet after the terrors' 2nd inoculation shots. A woman had brought an injured hedgehog in about the size of a tennis ball. It had been in a fight with either another cat or a marten or something & had an injured eye, ripped ear & broken jaw They are protected animals here, so it's prohibited to keep them as pets, but when they are very small, it's permitted to take care of them until they are up to "moving on". I offered to take the little fella & keep him in a box on the balcony (as the woman has a dog, so she couldn't). But because the cats haven't had rabies shots & hedgehogs are also notorious for carrying fleas, I was told it wasn't a good idea I do hope someone takes it in & nurses it back to health.

Oh, poor little hedgehog I'm sure folks going to a vet office will have a big heart towards other animals, and someone will take it in for a while.
Meanwhile, I like The Terrors as the name of your kittens' band. Polly and Iggy share meowcals, you shred on air guitar, and a drum machine called...?
