I'd love to go the their concert, too, but sadly I don't know if I will :c
i waited 20 years to see The Sisters of Mercy, The Cure and The Fields of The Nephilim
be patient and take a look on the net often, sooner or later they will play near you or in a town you want to see as i did and doing now for the Nephs, so you could do things in one touch
I'm already jealous that you've seen Sisters, The Cure and Nephs! And the problem is, that they ARE playing quite near, but I have no one to go with.. But I don't know, it's in November, so I still have a little time to think

The dream had to end
The wish never came true
And the girl starts to sing
If you like them that much you should go see them! It's not that bad to go to a gig on your own, after all it's a gig, you want to see the band and listen to the music, no real need for small talk... And you may even get to know new people, who knows.

I´m planning on going to the placebo concert alone if nobody wants to join in. most of my friends dont have the same taste in music, so I´ll sometimes have to go to concert on my own. But it doesn´t really matters. then I can do what I want to and go crazy!
The world is neither fair nor unfair - It's just us trying to feel that there's some sense in it

I'm going to the Berlin gig the 29th of november and contacted some mate on the Nephilim site for an eventual meet-up. My tickets arrived today, i think there are a few available because the venue seemed little in the pictures i saw on the site, and we could menage a little meet-up if you are alone and enjoy the gig all together. if yo want contact other Nephs fans there are a few links to unofficial forums somewhere thecurecommunity.freeforums.net/thread/618/fields-nephilim
Yeah, I know... I've actually been to Iron Maiden concert on my own, and as you said, it's a band and music that matters.. I'll see what happens
now i envy you, Irons are my next gig with Depeche Mode (my wife likes them more than me), i use to go to gigs with her. i also had back in the years the problem to go to gigs alone and when you have to travel a lot as me(i don't fear travelling alone btw ) it's not really good
that's a great problem actually i plan months before to save money month after month. i have to say my planes(i'm travelling with the whole family this time) costed 80 euros of flights(the Rock/Milan/Berlin and back) the gig 35 euros 3 nights 150 euros circa i think you could afford it starting immediatly

That's just the same problem as usual Yes, but I have other things to spend money on, too, like the Placebo concert we were talking about first... So, I don't think so. Maybe I'll see Nephs some other time
