Please report back re: how hot Timmy Chalamet was.
Spends the whole film moping over Spiderman's girlfriend. Took his shirt of a couple of times. I'm sure he's very pretty!
Film has it's moments but is constantly dragged back by dreamy slo-mo sequences which kill the pace. Duncan and Kynes are good but not enough of the other supporting characters. Very faithful to the book, possibly too faithful cos I know the book so well...
I've always had a soft spot for Eastwood, both as an actor and as a director. No one can tell simple stories like him. Here is another simple story with some great scenes, enormous distance to himself as an old man and total unpretentiousness.
There are so many movies with old actors playing themselves from 30 years ago. Isn't it better to watch someone who doesn't afraid to admit their age, on top of that having and making some fun of it?
But I don't see And I don't feel But tightly hold up silently My hands before my fading eyes And in my eyes Your smile
I mistook stars reflected in a pond at night for those in the sky.
Dragged out to the limit. Boring. Almost without a script(!) or direction. Two good parts (Hader & Ransone) and a nice episode with S. King. I hope it really ended.

Eva, watch "Cry Macho". You'll like. The title is very misleading.

Put it on my list but premiere here will be in the middle of November only.

I had a nth rewatch last night. Years go by and it is still so good. What amazes me the most, is how fantastic it was played by almost every single actor who appeared on the screen.

Nice colours, music, pleasant slow pace. But it lacks of dramaturgy and the main female part as an eternally frightened child was very tiresome for me.

I watched it 6 months or so ago and still can't forget. Not because of its advantage but flaws, many flaws. Ridiculous script, not holding water, on top of that praising contemporary values in a historical drama, which is absurd. Work and effort of very good actors have been wasted. Nice visuals can't help either. Stay away from this thing.
