This will be our kid’s first 3D movie later this week. Oddly enough, it’s set in the tiny town in Oregon I lived in.
Also got October tickets for this in 35mm. Theater is nearly sold out.
Make sure you don't mix them up... you don't want to bring the kid to the latter... I mean, Coraline is also a bit scary, but Rosemary's Baby is a tad too far from kid friendly 😬😁

Got good ADA seats on the main floor of the theater. Worked the presale. Nick was spendy this time but I was expecting that. He's got a big band these days. I go back a long way with the Bad Seeds & they're always excellent. He hasn't really toured the states with them in a long time. Now I just have to wait until May. Hate that!
Echo And The Bunnymen, just for a change, but at the wondrous venue of ........ BUTLIN'S!!
I can't stress enough that you should reconsider this. We saw them in May. Horrible show. We left half-way through. My wife and I were actually talking about the show the other night and how Ian ruined Echo's music for us with his butchered renditions of those classic songs that were so important to us back in the day. We're both pretty salty about it and commented that we need some distance from that experience to hopefully enjoy their music again.

Saw Front 242 / Nitzer Ebb / Kanga Sunday night in Cleveland on F242's final tour.
Kanga was good. We'd seen her open for TKK last year. She continues to entertain.
It’s wild to see Nitzer Ebb without Douglas, but Bon is doing a great job carrying things.
F242 were amazing as always. This was by far the largest venue we've seen them in, which was kind of wild to think about. Also nice to have "Body to Body" and "Gripped by Fear" in the setlist. Mrs. Weedy and I both got a little emotional after the show. Hard to believe we’ll not get to see them and hear those songs in person again. Wishing we had sprung for tickets to one of the Chicago shows... Perhaps there is still time... 🤔

I've already seen them a ew times this year, it's the one band I'd go and see even if Ian lost his voice completely - which is not far off! But it's not just the Bunnymen, The Farm and Lightning Seeds play the same night, it's a three night "festival"

I'm suprised you weren't offered to get on stage and sing for him........
