Weird choice to get in a director who got famous directing gun fights and then have no gun fights. Halfway now, needs to get cracking with the finale build up.

That Wookie was fecking massive though. Either that or everyone else is really short

He was an existing character pulled from the comics apparently (dont read them, even I have a line I wont cross!).
Am pretty sure it's the same old Wookiee outfit from Ep3, just spruced up a bit. They only cast basketball players
Boba's ship looks like space age steam iron doesn't it? & it sounds like a diesel car with a hole in the exhaust too. But I think those seismic charges are my favourite weapons. What a brilliant sound they make. As for Black Krrsantan, he just doesn't give a crap about anything does he? Some nice comic moments in that episode but the script is pretty awful.

Last week's episode... Couldn't agree with you more, steve, about the chase scene. It felt somehow ridiculously slow. But it was the killing of the sand people that was really bad. That was some laaaaaazy writing. So disappointing.
This week's episode was strange in its own way... The "fix Fennec" montage and the green screen work was horrible. The SFX felt like they were trying to mimic (or actually were) stop motion, which was both endearing and jarring. The best part of the episode, by far, was the bit at the bar with the wookie and the council meeting.
In all, a very strange couple of episodes.
Now that Boba is fully healed, does this mean we're done with the bacta tank flashbacks...?

No more flashbacks. The new episode was the best yet. Probably as Boba wasn't even in it. Was basically an episode of The Mandalorian. Peli Motto is brilliant. Just about the perfect level of comedy. Only drawback is that we could do with fewer "cute" droids. The fight scenes were spot on & that awesome starfighter? Wow. That was proper Star Wars. Took them long enough but that was out of this world.
Bryce Dallas Howard making Rodriguez look very, very average this week. I'd be a bit pissed off if I was Temuera Morrison cos he deserves better than some of the filler he's been given.
No director credits for 6 but the finale is Rodriguez - if that isn't a full length shoot out on a Mariarchi/Desperado scale then I don't why they bothered with him.
Anyway, loved this one. Setting up a Luke cameo and the return of Baby Yoda with that child seat too.

Fantastic episode! (And telling that Boba isn’t in it!)
I love Bryce Dallas Howard’s directing work! She always kills it. Forget this Boba series and the abandoned Cara Dune series and give us a Fennec series helmed by Howard!

Popular opinion seems to be they gave all the plot from the aborted Fett film to the Mando series and then had literally nothing left in the cupboard for this.
The Rogue One prequel is up next isn't it? Looking forward to that, he was proper little weasel of a spy
