I am probably missing something, I am looking for information about what can be taken into the park, rules about bag sizes and food and drink. Does anyone know where to find this out?

Is it one bittle of 500ml? Or are more unopened bottles possible?
Yep. Just the one bottle. It's all in the general info in the first post
Yes, but they say:
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into BST Hyde Park (With the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers).
They don't say explizit that only one bottle is allowed. The maximum size is 500ml of one bottle. But is it possible to take 5 bottles?
and is it possible to bring e zigarettes and liquid?
edit: there are free water points:
• On concert days no food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event, with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers. There are a wide variety of licensed bars and catering open throughout the event, as well as free water points. See here for more information on what we offer at British Summer Time Hyde Park and see the event maps for where outlets are located.

I think yes - it says:
"Cigarettes and smoking
The event license does not permit us to sell cigarettes and there is no re-entry during major concert events so please bring what you need for personal use only. Smoking cigarettes (or electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in indoor bars and venues."
So it seems fair enough to bring whatever e-cig stuff you need for personal use.
