I wear band t-shirts practically every day but don’t wear them to gigs, or if I do then under something where it can’t be seen! Its the one time I don’t like to wear them.
What I tend to do is wear another band's shirt to gigs. At The Sisters' gig this year I did wear a Eureka Machines shirt which, given Chris plays in The Sisters, was close, but yeah, I'll opt for another band & then cross my fingers the merch stand still has something in my size after the concert

I never wear a band’s t-shirt to see that band, always a different band’s tee. Spreading the word rather than preaching to the converted is how I see it
I don't really know how I feel about this... I always thought you should wear the band's shirt when you see them to show your support and love for them.... I also agree with sang - I too consider all legs of the 2016 tour as one tour... and why can't you wear a tour shirt from a tour you may not have attended? I guess I'm not too familiar t-shirt etiquette... dang.
