Fear of Music is my current fav but it does change regularly. Never got to see them play but did catch David Byrne on his Grown Backward tour and he played a decent selection of old Heads songs

Fear of Music is my favorite of theirs too, possibly my favorite album of all time. I used to listen to it driving to and from work all the time and have a lot of memories linked to it, like seeing a car get flipped over while Memories Can't Wait was playing!
Remain in Light is pretty mighty, too. My fave is Name of this Band is Talking Heads. Best of both worlds as far as the live thing goes. That line up with Adrian Belew was spectacular. I wish he would've stuck around for the movie. I saw them about a week before they shot Stop Making Sense. That was an alltimer. I would luv for them to get back together but I think there is too much animosity between Tina & David. Pity.
I read Byrne's How Music Works recently - there's absolutely no chance of them getting back together but I get the impression they all still get on for the most part.. There's a decent DVD doing the rounds of the tour with Belew, recorded in Rome if I remember correctly but I might be wrong!
Stop Making Sense is one of the few things that will make me actually pick up a guitar and play along, love the way it builds
Went to see David Byrne last night. Was absolutely fantastic, great band - all with big smiles all the way through. Hadn't realised it had been 14 since his last album, which was the last tour I saw him on. Such a simple show too - no monitors on stage, every one on the move all the time and lots of funky choreography.

Love Talking Heads! I have to be in the mood for them but there are times when nothing else will do. Stop Making Sense has always been a favourite. It just sounds fantastic. Remain In Light is another good one.

Vaxed and masked and back on Broadway! So great to see the city return the right way. David Byrne’s American Utopia was simply stunning. Not gonna lie, inexplicably teared up during “I Zimbra” and “Slippery People”. “Born Under Punches”, “Blind”, and “Hell You Talmbout” were amazing! You couldn’t see it because of my mask, but that didn’t stop me from smiling uncontrollably through the entire show.
Here’s David’s reaction to the fans gathered at the stage door after the show, right before he hopped on his bike and road off into the night.

We watched the American Utopia movie on HBO over the holidays. Totally took us back to seeing the show a few months ago. Absolutely there are all kinds of stories about what a horrible bandmate Byrne was, but his music brings me so much happiness!
