Harharhar. My tickets for this show arrived today. Thank you very much for this fantastic service, Ticket Factory.
Sickening! I truly hope no one got screwed out of attending because of blunders like this.
There are several similar stories on twitter, they also did their best to stop me going, all they had to do was confirm to Wembley that I had valid standing tickets and Wembley would have swapped them for "disabled" seats. They didn't, I asked them four or five times, Wembley Box Office also asked, useless!!

Yeah Wembley is not the greatest venue in the world btw. It's anti disabled really. Probably now my least favorite venue. No hand rails and very slippery steps especially when covered in beer. In fact I know someone who took a tumble. Not me thankfully but she could have gotten really hurt. Did you get to a concert? I saw you that one night then not again.

stuff like this is a constant challenge. i actually took on ticketmaster regarding their ADA seating policies about 3 years ago. they ended up changing everything. i got a personal email from the CEO of ticketmaster/live natiion apologizing.

Right so you know Sir Bobert of Smith is actually a patron of a better access to live music campaign? I remember seeing some stuff after Reading 2012. People who had a bad experience at Wembley, we ought to get him on the case .... if only I could remember a few more details ....

Don't ever go to Wembley chuck. It's nasty. Not asking for a lot but an effing handrail would be nice. It's awful. Nothing nice about it except it's smaller and not a bad view.
Back in the eighties, Robert was throwing punches with someone (Lol?), and they quit their tour and went their separate ways. It was Robert's Dad who pointed out that fans who bought their tickets deserved to get the shows they paid for. Robert ate humble pie, went back and apologized for the tiff, and the band completed that tour. Having a good influence pays dividends for the fans!

That's what Lol says in his book, which according to Roger is a book of fiction! They clearly do not get on.

Not making excuses but the arena was built in 1934, so its pretty old (compared to most enormodomes?).
In my experience, the only two good venues are Brixton Academy and Hammersmith, purely because they both have sloped floors, which means the little people get a better view. Why more venues aren't like that I don't know.
They had the perfect opportunity to redevelop/rebuild the arena when the stadium was demolished/rebuilt. I like Brixton and Hammersmith, maybe if there is another tour one of those will be chosen instead of Wembley - The Eirates is available though!

Trouble is it's a grade II listed building & I guess it would take a massive amount of cutting through red tape to even give it a lick of paint.
