it only takes a few to change an attitude. i know that i don't enjoy being around people that are too adjusted (drugs and/or drink). i've wrote on here about the drive-by truckers show i went to in september. there was a lady in front of us that was way over the line & it was a continual distraction. the show itself was fantastic but the situation detracted from the evening.

don't get me wrong, i have absolutely no problem with people having a good time. it's just when someone's fun gets to the point where its infringing on my good time that it gets irritating. i used to indulge in things myself but not to the point where throwing up on people, etc. & until fairly recently, could enjoy a few glasses of wine once in awhile. unfortunately, i can't now because of meds i have to take. not worth the risk, as there's been damage done with just them. the good side of that is i can drive people i care about & not worry about them getting into trouble. i don't mind being the designated driver at all. seattle has pathetic public transportation.

& i'm more than a bit brain scrambled right now. haven't slept since yesterday morning & it doesn't appear i'm going to for quite awhile. babble, babble, babble. haha
