December 1st, The SSE Wembley Arena, London Live Report

Wembley, or “Wemberley” in footy fan parlance (or Wemba Lea in old English), is the final stop for our boys as they gear up for three nights in the arena.
It’d be easy to “over-football” a piece about Wembley as it is the home of the national stadium that looks oddly like a massive shopping basket, so let’s broaden this out to London
“That” London, as it’s known, is a small village in the South East of England, ruled over by a little old lady whose fan club includes a cat that bravely took care of her vermin problem.
London is also well known for poorly constructed bridges spanning the crystal clear water of River Thames*, so if you fancy a swim, bring a hazmat suit
This is the bit where we usually tag everyone who’s going to the show. But as the Wembley lists are mahoosive, we’ll cheat
There will be a veritable invasion of North East London tonight by all these fine people who will be keeping warm on plates of bangers & mash (with gravy) & quaffing tankards of real ale with a weird name ahead of their trek to the arena. We hope you all have a magic evening
