After watching Jason this week I've been thinking if I could work out alongside anyone in the band, it would be him. I'm guessing that he's the kind that while on tour makes sure he gets his workouts in. I think Simon brings his bike on tour to catch rides (at least I know he has in the past) but I don't ride a bike. Robert strikes me as the type who would say he only runs if something is chasing him. I'm not sure what Simon and Reeves would do for exercise, but I think Roger might be into step aerobics or yoga, neither or which I dig too much.
I feel like Jason would provide some good competitive motivation for me, as sadly I'm too motivated by trying to overtake others in exercise. Let's do it, bruh. Let's pump some ir'n.
This is amazing, thanks so much, figie! I ❤️ tabla!! It’s so cool to get to really see how they both work, up close. I love seeing JC play JC with the brushes. And unfortunately I believe he’s earned a new nickname that could get old, fast: TM - tambourine man. My only complaint is the split screen for JC’s play alongs. It made it much harder to see everything he’s doing, IMO. It’s not a Cure show, it’s a Jason show. 😁 The jamming reminds me of being in dance class since live accompaniment is usually either drums (bells, etc) or piano. I’d kill for a class w/ their accompaniment. There were some great audience questions and great answers. I especially liked Jason’s response to the last question because it brings to mind how much space exists between beats (or movements) to which you can bring yourself. That’s where an artist’s individuality is.

Don't get too excited, it isn't *about* JC, but something I saw that made me think of him b/c of the impending album release.
I wonder if he has one of these strap-around (notice I didn't say "on") practice heads. I loved secretly watching this older gentleman tapping away on the platform this morning. He's using a jazz grip. I also wonder if JC was one of those kids who was always banging on their desk in class...

There were two of them kind of kids in my class when I was in school.
