Just formally introducing myself for the first time, as I'm learning more how the forum works . My name is Anji. I've been a Cure fan since about 1994. They have been a huge part of my life ever since and I am more in love with this band than ever. My best friends and my husband are all Cure fans, as Cure fans just tend to be the nicest of people in my opinion (and I think i naturally gravitate to other fans)! I have seen them 10 times, first time in 1996, and I have three more shows planned for this year. Really hoping for a new album or more news next year, or The Cure withdrawals are going to be harsh! Hello everyone! @anjijade on Twitter and IG.
Hello there. You're the green lady from twitter Take it from me folks, if you're on twitter follow this lady. She is seriously cool. Welcome aboard & happy posting

Hi there! So glad you've joined the party here And yes...I too follow you on twitter!
And not to sound too stalkerly, I think I noticed your name on the list for the Hawaii shows (there's just a handful of us going-when are people going to realize that's the most amazing place to visit and see the Cure all in one shot, eh?), so perhaps our paths will cross in the real world in addition to the virtual!

Yes! Would be very cool to cross paths! We went in '13 to Hawaii and could not pass up the opportunity to repeat that!! It was the most amazing place to see them! Are you going to both nights? Now my turn to sound stalerkly... from your screen name are you vegan? I'm vegetarian, husband is vegan, so might have to share some restaurant advice for Honolulu. Found a couple places last time we were there, hopefully they are still around and might find more this trip .

Yes, we (me and my partner) are going to be there both nights...because, why would you go just once? And fiveswinglive and his lovely wife will also be going to both Hawaii shows
So glad to meet fellow vegetarians/vegans! Been vegan for over 19 years-tedious when traveling but I am very used to starving for long periods of time now, lol. Honolulu is not terrible on the vegetarian/vegan front from past experiences (maybe slightly bland, but that's just the Hawaiian palate I think), so we probably went to similar places as you did. I got married in Hawaii and we had a wonderful and memorable wedding reception dinner at Roy's, or all places. As long as you give a little notice, the chefs there actually function as chefs and come up with creative and Hawaiian inspired vegan food for you. And of course, have to have the vegan taro burger at the burger stand across from Shark's Cove on the northside! We will have to share and exchange more information about food soon! Welcome again to the forum!

Very cool! You have already enlightened me as to a few things to try! Vegan taro burger is very intriguing. We didn't have a car last time but rented one this time so definitely want to explore the north shore. We liked the Downbeat Diner last time before the concert and walked to the arena, so that was nice. How great to get married there and then have the cure give you a great excuse to re-visit!
Just realised who you are, even seeing your twitter name didn't help, yes, I pay that much attention! You know me from the land of twits, I am Nathaniel Mead.
