I did get to meet Danielle! That was a highlight and a major pro. Other pros before I get to the cons...haha - the cosmopolitan is swank. Def the hippest hotel on the strip. - I like how the venue is housed in the corner by itself. When the show lets in and out you aren't bothering other patrons of the hotel who are gambling or sightseeing. - the venue floor in GA bounces which was really really cool. - hearing the perfect girl live for the first time (for me) was amazing. I love love that song. - wanted to hear shake dog shake live again and well... yay! - got to meet a few other awesome ladies in line. one was Debi who is a photographer and I've been following her work for a while. - Simon's smirks - good setlist fun times
cons Sorry guys but I need to vent. - the security there needs to take some classes or better yet stop being so lazy. - the fans were incredibly rude. I don't care if you flew from a different country or run a fansite you act like an asshole in small situations like this you most likely are an asshole all the time. There should be a camaraderie among us all because of our strong devotion to this band but nope apparently not. Bringing 7 or 8 people 45 minutes before doors and telling the person you skipped to 'get over it' is ratched. Like her face. Looking like it got sucked through a straw. Whatever. lol I'm glad people called them out on COF. - people if you have GA do not try and save like 5 spots on the barrier. My sis did it for me (1 spot)but I was literally 10 steps behind her. Don't do it for people not even in the pit area yet. First come first served and all that. And its not fair to people actually making the effort to get down there.
