I've quite recently bought a Teisco Top 20. Yes... The same one...
When Chris Parry told RS that he couldn't record an album with that guitar, he took out the neck micro to put it on his newly bought Fender Jazzmaster (center mic -> 3rd photo). Later in 1984, RS took the Top 20 out of the attic for a tv show where the band played Shake Dog Shake (see the missing micro on the Top 20)

No disrespect or poopy feelings intended but I'll never understand why Bob & co. moved from Fenders and Gibsons to Schecters.... Do they sound as good as Fenders and Gibsons?
If you have a lead on Brisbane 21 August 1992 - CT version, for the love of Bob, let me know. Please!

Robert and Porls signature model schecters do have a unique sound of their own, The ultracure resonates beautifully, even without being plugged in, and it has a great amount of sustain. Porls guitar is really nice and easy to play, has a very thin neck with jumbo frets, the guitar resonates amazingly well, but has a totally different tone than the ultracure. I don't know about any other schecter electric guitars but these two models are great. Couldn't compare them to fender and gibsons as they all have their good points. It was good to see Robert bring out the fenders on the reflections shows
SChecter VI of RS signature looks really great and sounds as well [Pictures Of You for example] (not as good as Fender's though but that is fair i guess)
