Attention everybody... Some of you with tickets for tonight may already have been notified, but we'd like to officially announce that despite our best efforts tonight's show, as indeed all of the UK shows on this tour, will be postponed until June. Please bear with us a few days while we sort out the new shows, and once again we can not apologise enough to you all - especially to those people who have made travel plans and special arrangements. Having called off the Newcastle and Wolverhampton shows we were hoping to be back in action tonight in Manchester and looking forward to these shows, especially as they were sold out and we'd be seeing so many of you. We got to soundcheck this afternoon and Ian's voice is still not right, with him developing a throat infection. All of your original tickets will still be valid, but you can contact your ticket seller for further details should you wish. Guys, we know this is disappointing news, and believe us when we say we're utterly heartbroken and hope you understand decisions like this are not made likely at all. We're looking forward to coming back very soon to play these shows and hope you can all still make it. Once more, our humblest apologies and we'll see you very soon. For now, we're sure you join us in wishing Ian a quick recovery so we can play the new record for you - which now of course you'll be able to hear before the gigs. All the best everyone and thank you.
Good to have the Bunnymen back.. Not too much promo round here, but I was lucky enough to discover their new album. Especially the title track 'Meteorites' stands out.
