Well that’s a wrap for GW3 & our players all take a break from kicking Spiderman’s head in to play a few league cup matches during the week.
So what did the weekend bring? Premiership noobs, Bournemouth clawed a win out of the Hammers & Wilson is in this week’s dream team as a result. Jose’s new toy opened his account on his debut & then promptly flew back to Barcelona to say his farewells. LVG’s kissing threat for Depay worked a charm & officials now take up to a minute to rule goals out for offside. Meanwhile, the draft coming through that transfer window is soon to be shut off, as the press continue to play their game of pin the team name on a Panini sticker while blindfolded. Sad Brian Eno wants out & NO. STONES IS NOT FOR SALE……yet.
In other news, whilst rummaging in the shed earlier, I found Dick Advocaat in deep discussion with Basil on the merits of a 4-4-2 system Vs a 4-3-3. I had to remind him that the Black Cats was just a nick name for his team & that Basil was just trolling him….Again.
And all that leads me to getting to the point (stop cheering back there). The pencil & quill have had a quick scribble & settled the scores for GW3 as follows:
EIB 509 - 532 IGM giving a GW differential of +23 points to IGM & an overall lead of +122 at this early stage of the season
The changes location & currently FedEx are rushing it to Nikolas Vitus Lagartija’sDamage Dunfermline HQ
This week’s goes in the Direction of Switzerland for laperouse’s substantial tally of 69 points.
Over in the H2H league, the top 5 teams all sit on 3 wins from 3 with the current scores as follows: EIB 45 - 54 IGM. A differential of +9 to IGM
So now I must off & padlock the shed door to prevent any more stray managers just wandering in during the week & hand over the reigns to Mav787 for GW4
Thanks all for joining the chat & well played everyone & fingers crossed none of your picks get too knacked during their cup games later this week
