I feel so old ... yesterday I learnt that one of my closest friends that I have known since I was 6 is about to become a grandad! We were in the same year at school! How can this possible be?
One of my friends posted this on Facebook this week:
"Anyone fancy a reminder of how old you're getting?
Well, Claire Grogan is 51 today."
Who the heck is Claire Grogan? I don't think, I've ever heard of her. That means, I'm definitely not old yet, right?
Haha, but I did feel old when I went out to our local Irish pub the other week. My friend and me went all crazy when they started playing Pearl Jam's "Alive" and then we heard the guys from the table next to us asking the waiter: "Hey, what's that song? Is it new? Oh reeeaaallly, from the 90s, an oldie?" Oh well...
