Not being dim at all. The GW scores are calculated in a way so as to take into account points forfeited as a result of transfers. In the actual league table, a player may score 50 points, but to achieve that, may have made 2 transfers costing 8 points but the GW score won't be affected in the league table. The effect only appears in the total score. In this case the total (absolute, with all point forfeits included)) scores are IMG 2019 EIB 1891 Delta= 128
Thing is, publishing the total scores each week will eventually result in what looks like a telephone number instead of a points tally & make little sense. Johnny & I had several chats about how to present numbers & Johnny also consulted a maths graduate at the Uni he works at.

That's so far over my head that I can't even see it...
Thank you for clarifying. I thought you were doing EIB's out of some credit.
...train, crashin' head long into the heartland...
i do hope the relevant mangers are mindful of their fantasy premier league obligations.
Fixed that for you. Almost done with the wrap up & then we can all head off to the terraces
i'm sure the relevant managers have no obligations to the Fantasy premier leasgue at all, but keeping their best players fit for the premier leagus helps us out no end.
And so, boys and girls, your final scores on the doors are as follows:
Team scores:
GW1: The Sisters 411 – 478 The Cure GW2: The Cure 474 – 488 The Sisters GW3: The Sisters 464 - 403 The Cure GW4: The Sisters 577 - 544 The Cure
GW4 Differential: +33 The Sisters
Overall Differential: +128 The Sisters
My name is Johnny Rev 7.0 and I semi-endorse these numbers. However...
1. The Cure were playing at home and got trounced on their own turf. Again.
2. The Cure GW score has failed to take into account hits by Deportivo Cult Hero (-4) and jupitercrash power (-4).
The overall differential is correct, but maybe some shenanigans from TCC's Head Coach to put a positive spin on another dismal performance.
The correct numbers should of course read:
GW1: The Sisters 411 – 478 The Cure GW2: The Cure 474 – 488 The Sisters GW3: The Sisters 464 - 403 The Cure GW4: The Cure 536 - 577 The Sisters
GW4 Differential: +41 The Sisters
Overall Differential: +128 The Sisters
So that's three wins on the spin for The Sisters after a moral victory in GW1 as we only played with ten.
@ Steve - Comedy timing is everything and I'm actually meeting Theresa for a cup of Earl Grey tomorrow after work. I'll pass on your kind comments re her Positive/Negative Numbers Theory. She'll be thrilled!
And explain that even though you have a new pencil (with a rubber on the end) you still can't manually add and subtract.

Hm... I wonder where do you live in Germany... For there is not just Apfelstrudel there, sometimes and somewhere you can run in... Apfelpie.
I spent my childhood in the proximity of Hannover, by the way...
I hear you... but we're talking about Meat pies. Or Sausage rolls. Or even Cornish Pasties. This country is a savoury vacuum.
Sweet, yes, and the one time I got really excited when I spotted a lattice-type pastie thing in a shop... it was filled with spinat.
My girls at work now pay me €10 (for the ingredients) to bake once a month. Little party sausage rolls which they consume like there's no tomorrow.
I also made the mistake of bringing in a 500ml plastic bottle of Daddie's Sauce (thinking they'd all go Scharf!) but they drained it. I'll never forgive them for that.
