The Cure at Riot Fest Toronto LIVE Report

It's been like this since the SummerCure shows really & it's a real shame for sure.
Tapers try their best to get the best from their gear & turn out a good capture & people just wreck the results through sheer ignorance.
Another factor is that The Cure have played so many festival shows & tapers have probably captured other acts.
Truth be told, not all tapers are fans of the band. They do it for a hobby (a bit like ham radio enthusiasts back in the day).
The recent Paleo version on dime is a case in point. The taper's no fan of the band, but the recording is excellent & that's what he was gunning for.
It won't be long before some jerk makes a cr@ppy bootleg with awful covers to sell on dime or before an idiot like tinajazz mushes it up for sh!tars101 (like she did with my 24bit Mission gig I put on dime).
