I don't have this either but I noticed that cure-concerts.de shows one version but with zero initials only (140)..

These dates below have the same "taper initials" & "equipment" entries:

Perhaps if we check to see if we have these versions, we can dig up where they came from and see if it's the same taper (surely it is) and ask them to share/trade them....
