Crickets and locusts are going full force now. We get 5% light here. So still dusky.

Best I can do through the glasses

I might be a risk taker but I didn't use glasses.
The guys had a welder's mask that I looked through and it looked pretty amazing... but then I kept looking at it through the haze from the clouds.
Keep in mind, I look at the sun on a daily basis, it seems like, with my blatant disregard for sunglasses.
Some people took pictures, my phone is terrible with pictures, but I'll see what I can share.

I remember when I saw it once, that total silence at the sudden dusk was amazing. So unreal... I'm happy for you, guys, that you could witness it. 

So the blue moon is tomorrow along with a lunar eclipse. I shall attempt to take more photos!
