Best thing is to follow whatever your interests are (bands, music press, comedians, news outlets or whatever floats your boat).

One annoying thing about twitter is that if a tweet goes out with multiple people mentioned (including yourself), you end up getting dragged into a conversation between umpteen people even if you don't want to be.
Not only that, you get notifications of every like & retweet of that conversation.
It's super annoying & I wish twitter would figure out a solution.

I still haven't figured the concept about Twitter.
Haven't figured why some I don't know taggs me in stuff...
