I don't know if this really counts as a Cure spotting, maybe it should be in the Nostalgia thread, but anyway ... We watched a programme about the 'Now That's What I Call Music' compilations last night, a lot of the programme was about the first ever album, which included The Love Cats. Sadly no clips of the song or vid on the programme though

I actually have that on vinyl somewhere at my mums I think, i was 11 haha Thinking about it, it would actually be the first time I owned a Cure song

I went to see the zombies tonight with my boyfriend. The venue plays music for everyone before the band comes out.And you will never guess what was playing right before the zombies came out on stage. A Forest! From Seventeen Seconds. I almost died right there! Yes. A Forest in America at a Zombies concert. Lol the only explanation I have for this is that the opening band and the zombies are both from England.
