My code has arrived!!!! I tried using it on the DICE app but it says not valid. I’m just hoping that it’s because the tickets aren’t on sale yet 🤞 and I can’t work out if some things are letters or numbers!!!!
I got a code as well - my anxiety is going to be the death of me!!! I hope I will be well enough to go.... got my Novembre record today - thrown over my back gate from Royal Mail - and its been raining bad today... thankfully the record is packaged well and is perfect. I got No. 3671.

Does anyone else have their code yet? On Dice it says you can activate from 9am UK time this morning, however ticks not on sale until 3pm, I'm worried if I enter the code now I might. Not be able to join queue at 3pm as it's a one use only code. Thoughts?

Well I haven't received my code yet. I talked to a The Cure Presale rep he told me "I'll forward your request to the relevant team, and they will do their best to provide further assistance." Then I had a chat with HelpCenter agent (link published by The Cure some min ago) and he told me it is only for UK orders. Then I tagged The Cure on their post and someone replied "if you havn't heard back from customer support by 1pm (BST) please reply here and i can chase for you. CureHQ". BTW one fan from Germany sent me his code (I hope it will work) but I want to receive my own. It just does make no sense that some people received multiple codes and some of us none.
Since I have code guilt I asked my husband how he thought something like people missing codes when they'd made purchases could happen (aside from the obvious like codes going into spam folders, which I'm certain everyone who hasn't gotten one has checked feverishly). He said he thought it sounded like there must be some manual component to the process. I find that astounding in this day and age...
In any event, I remember the same happening when people registered for codes for the US leg of the last tour. Suckage.
