Reluctant to write - I'm sorry folk - I pop over here from time to time to read but really don't want to get back to engaging with - ach - anyway... Just had a guy phone me about a copy of Wish vinyl on eBay at £25.57 including post. Seller has delivery date set as August 12. So if the record doesn't arrive by January he'd be out of time to claim his money back. Seller's sold over 30 already with over another ten to go so I'm sure if it is a con and eBay got over 40 buyers claiming item not arrived they'd deal with it...But if they got three or four? Maybe not.(Ya need to get claim in within thirty days from estimated delivery date) Just a warning..If you've bought from this seller you might want to get your money back and go to his website where you'll get 180 days protection from PayPal, or you might want to go to one that fiveswinglive has linked us... I'm not claiming that he is dodgy...I've contacted eBay and mentioned that they need to get him to change Estimated delivery date to the more actual December which would give all buyers protection with the 30 day guarantee at eBay. He could well have just had his delivery date set at an automatic 7 days and didn't consider to change it. Not saying he's dodgy..just, anything happens you're not covered after early September. K..I'm outta here : ) Love Ya's!

I definitely don’t understand the high prices for something that hasn’t been released yet. And I don’t really see the necessity for a Lost Wishes cassette reissue when it’s on the CD.
But I have paid an outrageous price for a CD that is actually scarce before.

Now days you have to get what you can at the initial release, for as you can clearly see, prices are sometime quadruped when listed in EVIL BAY. I am not sure how long it was but the deluxe package that included the tape/cd/LP was sold out when it launched immediately. I bet you if anything, there are some out there who placed several orders with the sole purpose of resale!
I am curious to know the scarce CD you acquired…

Big Questions, The Gift of Music Vol. 2, by The Jazz Butcher.
I started seeing some of these songs back what seems like 10-15 years ago when a bunch of these songs were shared around through download shares and You Tube, I think Slvvy might have even been on Napster 20 years ago, I've never really payed attention to them and don't remember which songs and how many were circulating. The below list says "thanks Steve from CCC", I do not know if that's the same Steve moderator from this forum?, does Steve or anyone else know what year those tracks were released?, and how they came to be released?, where were they first shared?, is there a known original fileset that can be downloaded instead of MP3's made from You Tube?
I listened to about 10-15 of the tracks many many years ago but really have no memory of them now, could someone please list them? I think someone could then make a list of which of those previously released tracks appear to be listed on the new official remaster set.
