Question to the ones who got their tickets for these London shows - do you already have your digital tickets in the app?
I bought my tickets from SeeTickets website and in confirmation email it said that around 1-2 weeks before shows tickets will be available in Ovo app or axs app.
Now I got Ovo app, verified my email address but no tickets… in Ovo app it was said to use either axs account or through verified email. I tried by verified email but it switches to axs anyway.. I am really confused, is axs the same as seetickets? I’ll try to call Ovo customer support tomorrow but was just wondering if anyone else has some problem with this too

So when you went to “My tickets” section in the app, you didn’t have another window pop up that asked you to log into “Your account” ?
