Agreed. I think for many it's that some of the songs are such a big departure from previous material (looking at you, Club America, 13th). Round & Round & Round is enough to send make me pull out my earbuds if I can't skip the track quickly enough.

But for me there are enough songs that are strong to save the album and keep me from relegating it to 4:13 or self titled status (the pit of despair). I definitely don't count Bloodflowers among the worst, although if you had asked me a decade ago, I probably would have...

But this has veered off from artwork.

Sorry.. I found the artwork to be okay. Sure, it was strange, but name me one of their records that doesn’t have odd artwork.. I prefer the front cover to having RS’s face integrated into the artwork...

Overall, I actually really enjoy this album, though there are a few songs that I can never get into. But in terms of the artwork, I have to agree that it’s horrifying! I really *hate* clowns.
