its a little strange that this havent showed up yet, cheap scots i guess

A long time ago (25 years) i used to trade tapes, VHS, buy some and it was fun. It was before the internet :-) 
Now it is so much easier, it is not a quest but i love to get the recordings of all the shows i went.
i am asking myself : where to find these trading circles now ?

Yes it was fun, chasing stuff down & sending/receiving parcels across the world. The internet has all but killed it now, its all too easy to get shows & most folk who did trade have lost interest or feel no need to circulate those harder to find rarities.

I still look at old lists & wonder if some recordings will ever see the light of day or just rot away in a dark cupboard somewhere. Can always hope that some hardcore trader will release a flood of those scarcer recordings one day, although I think it unlikely.

I know that i still have some VHS concerts that i did not see online yet (I mean Youtube) like Nimes 1998.
I should try to go to the attic, take the hardware, play the tape, import it on PC...i am tired just thinking about it. I don't even know what wire and software to use.

But sure, there might be some uncirculated recordings ;-)
