Elton John's final US show. Exceedingly dull & disappointing. Lots of adoring crowd shots which is always a bad sign. I saw him do his "Million Dollar Piano" show in Vegas & that was actually pretty good. He told stories between songs & was hilarious. None of that in this. You may wonder why is Chuck watching Elton? When I was a young lad in 197cough cough Elton was my very first rock concert. Elton was a rocker back then not easy listening. I'm turning this shiatt off.

Bad news, I was looking forward to that. Saw his hometown show during the summer and he still played loads of rockers and chatted loads.
I'm watching that on the iPlayer, brilliant 4k image - I wish the BBC would actually advertise what new shows are on the iPlayer though, I just stumble across stuff by accident. This is very good so far, I'm four episodes in.
Finished watching Dead to Me. The chemistry between the two leads was incredible. Seems like this was Applegate’s final role, and to me at least, she wrapped up her acting career with a bang. I just love her.
