A series called Hotel Margaret which was mostly filmed in Tihany just down the road. But they also filmed some scenes in my local where I play pool on Friday nights

I liked it. There are always good things in a Paul Thomas Anderson film, one of the finest contemporary American filmmakers, IMHO. It was very emotional to watch Philip Seymour Hoffman son on the main role. Alana Haim performance is magnetic. Production design is wonderful. The script is quite erratic but overall I liked it. And there are some fun short appearances from Cooper and Penn. So yes, recommended. I would always recommend a PTA film.
