Picture taken from the CD, where you can see the tracklist. If it is true, than I am disappointed that a certain song is not on the album. I blame the ignorant US audience during the last tour.

The ones where it was played of course and where the audience was largely chattering during the song and Robert dropped it only after 3 times playing it.
There's every chance they decided on a new title. Remember It's Over got changed from Baby Rag Dog Book or whatever it was called
Yes I thought about it, but there is a line in the song "and your birthday, is the worst day" and "Happy Birthday", why would you change the title? The lyrics (as posted) do not give me the impression the title "All I ever Am" does connect to it?
It's harder to hold on With every passing year As the memories fade You slowly disappear
I try to keep you close Alive in my heart Though with no one there to hold me I'm coming apart
And your birthday is the worst day I'm singing to a ghost Happy birthday I forget how it goes
And I'm all dressed up I know it isn't right Pour myself another glass Turn off all the lights And sit for a while Aching and alone Waiting in the dark for you
