I don't think so, I think they're physical wraps/banners. I was across the street, though, and that's the sort of thing I cold totally be wrong about because I'm a space cadet. It's not really an area where there are screen ads. 

ETA: As I was walking around the block scratching my head I saw two very young slightly gothy girls (looked like their teens) looking around and holding their phones. I wonder...

This is getting so exciting ! I still can't believe that I will get to witness a Cure album being released for the first time ! And I love the way they advertise this even though november 1st can't come fast enough !
