Okay, Figie sent me the original ticket receipt and confirmation the ticket was updated with the new name, so, Figie seems to be the person out of pocket, he has done nothing wrong.

I think he hopes that the ticket site refunds figie for the mix up Sounds to me like they sold duplicate tickets as the one he passed on to you appears to have been scanned earlier that afternoon. That would imply the ticket people have screwed up somehow.
