If they wanted one UK-based date for the whole of Europe then there are a limited number of options that'll hold 50-60 thousand people. None of them are great but others would have been better.
Knowing it has issues and there are ways to avoid some of them does mean you have a much better chance of enjoying the day though!
(biggest issue will be the attention span of the GA crowd & low volume as you move further away from the stage)
I've been to hyde park and its not that bad. Apart from anything else it was pretty easy to get a pint and a pie, the toilets were not disastrous and merchandise wasn't heaving.
I am excited to hear what the band have planned. I would love the new album in its entirety but would settle for the complete join the dots lol
I´m not sure if i´m right with my "primary entry" ticket. Is my place in the capacity Place infront of stage totally safe or is there only a better chance incause of the primary entrance?
"Entry for primary Entry AND ...." First come - frist serve for all or only for general admission?
And for real, i´m a bit nervouse because i ll have to get my tickets at box office because they dont send the tickets outside UK...
Welcome to the community freemartin My sense from what people posted previously is that primary entry will get you in that front section, but only if you don’t wait all day to enter. Once it fills up, it fills up. I would guess the section will take at least a couple hours to completely fill up...but it’ll be my first time at the venue too.
Thank you . I hope we can get the tickets at friday. I dont want to stress me more than necessary.
I think you´re right, it will take at least hours to fill it up. So it should be our job to get in soon, get our stamp or bracelet and then it´s time to relax ..

I added a link to the various ticket types in the first post of this thread. That might be useful. The BST twitter link is also there, so if in any doubt, you can get hold of them via social media
I'm also worried because I'm in the same boat as you are. I'm Polish and won't get my ticket delivered to my door either. I'm also thinking about being there earlier to collect it on Friday not to be stressed so much. And my ticket is also a Primary Entry one. I think the best thing we can do is to gather us all in one place and wait in the queue together. It will be much less stressful and for sure much more pleasant. We have six months ahead of us and I'm sure that if only that idea pleases all people from the forum we will be able to do all necessary arrangements.
