I saw a couple of shows on this tour. Sonic Youth & Drivin & Cryin opening. In Portland, during the part in Expressway to Your Skull where SY are beating on the guitars with screwdrivers there were Fredhead hippies literally running out of the arena with their hands over their ears. & during the encore of the Seattle show, the spirit of Jimi Hendrix possessed Neil during Tonight's the Night. Neil started mumbling "just like Jimi played, just like Jimi played..." & did 1 of his incredible seizure solos. It was a really loooooong version of Tonight. Good times...
