the return of the shoe gaze movement....this is a monumental good thing! maybe we'll get another my bloody valentine record in the next 10 years, haha. i saw them last tour & "you made me realize" was 1 of the most awesome things i've ever seen musically. the crowd just stood there when it was over in stunned silence after a 20 minute sonic assault. sort of put the encore thing to rest. there was nowhere else to go. sorry i went off on tangent but definitely the same school of rock!

Hi guys,
i went to their show in Paris last week (very good) and i bought the gorgeous t-shirt ( Size = Small) that you can see here : kontraband.store/slowdive/
Unfortunately i did not tried it before buying and it's too small for me, so i am disapointed this morning...if someone is interested i can sell it and ship it in France & Europe. Of course it is in perfect state, and i think it can go for a girl or a boy.
If you are interested let me know, thanks, Edouard

My 'charcoal' t looks a bit too khaki, but well, it'll do fine, happy to have it nonetheless, and I'm looking forward to seeing them live again this summer.
Did anyone else here attend the Brooklyn show in May of 2017 @brooklyn Steel? There was a catastrophic sound failure early in the set (first song maybe?) where all the amplification went out. Sadly, I felt it was difficult for the band to recover from that. We actually left the show early. I'm assuming the onus for this was on the venue, and if so, they did the band a great disservice. It took a LONG time to remedy the situation. Having attended many shows in my 44 years, this was, I think, the worst tech problem I can recall for a large-ish show.
How were the other shows on that tour? Thomas, you seemed to have enjoyed a good show in Paris? Interesting to see these guys will be performing with The Cure in Hyde Park in July. Hoping they can hold their own...
