i'm thinking it might be fun to have a thread where members can indulge their artsy side. i've recently started to get back into photography to positive response in some circles. here's something i created doctoring a photo i took of an old church in seattle last week. came out pretty well for a neophyte effort i think. i would luv to see other people's stuff.

don't underestimate yourself! i'm working on something, been slow. was sick, travelled, now really sick again. flying during winter with no immune system was a f'n stupid move, in retrospect haha. kind of a drag but i snapped a few interesting pics on my trip that i'm playing with. look forward to seeing your work. liked your story a few weeks ago. i'm a social media caveman, so i don't always remember to do the "like" thing.

I think for 2017 I'm going to spend a lot less time on facebook... I was once adamant about not joining and then I got sucked in...

I have an account FB and Twitter to stay connected like everyone but sincerely ... it's very far from the "social" one knows.

I deleted once my FB account and I no longer have a single news of my "real" friends. No phone call, nothing ... I totally disappeared. In addition to a separation, I recognized who the sincere people were. That is, nobody.

Even my best friend since I was 15 completely forgot me. It's very hard but it's like that.

The priorities of people change and sometimes, I really struggle to make myself. So chuckrh , I can understand your point of view. And very nice picture
