A 3 hour road trip East takes our lads to Łódź in Poland for their 8th stop.
& for those history buffs & anyone who wants to learn something, Poland was home to Nicolaus Copernicus (Copper Knickers to his mates down the pub*) who discovered the Earth was NOT the centre of the universe & was, in fact….sit down everyone….. a planet!
The English translation of Łódź is “boat” which is pretty odd given the city’s proximity to any bodies of water. So could that prompt another outing for Sinking? Or could the Copper Knickers connection take us Out Of This World?
