From an ad for a Bobcat Goldthwait show: After fleeing Los Angeles, he now lives somewhere in the woods in Illinois with his girlfriend, Nora Muhlenfeld, and their 5 cats: Anderson Coopurr, Alice Coopurr, Tina Sparkle, Bruce Wayne and Robert Smith.
Although not Cure-like at all, I really like The Go! Team there (their first album 'Thunder Lighning Strike' is one of my favourite album), but then I like Mixed Up in the first place : )
Just Like Heaven at the 15'08" mark in Miner's Strike: A Frontline Story. This struck me as an odd choice given the subject matter of the program & the fact it happened in 1984.
Nothing worth noting in the comments, just about the spleen in the 80's, the red lipstick, that they were at their peak at the ned of the 80's beginning of the 90's, three shows at le Zenith, two previously unreleased songs on this new version, remastered by Smith himself at Abbey Road, and that 's a good cd of great souvenirs to have before we get to hear the 5 years awaited new album.
Still obviously very nice to hear on the radio in the morning, made my day.
