I don't like the O2 much . But this years May gig was outstanding . The light show was something else . I was stunned to see a 5 or 6 year old there !!!! Dancing away singing all the songs ... See photo . I usually stand but as I'd not long had my spine fused I had to be careful so had to sit Back to standing now. !! Just need a step to stand on that's a foot high .
summer 2018 European tour starting to shape up. the show i saw in october was amazing. this may be the best line up of musicians for the touring band yet. could be a nice warm up for the cure in london if you can swing it. go if you can, you won't regret it.

Trout Razor's on 6Music at 1am GMT Tuesday 9th January.
Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails shares his musical milestones with Matt Everitt in a programme first broadcast in 2013.
The American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has led the industrial rock project Nine Inch Nails since 1988.
He's also ventured into the world of soundtracks with fellow composer Atticus Ross, winning an Academy Award for Best Original Score for their soundtrack to The Social Network.
It's a repeat from 2013, but if you haven't heard it, it'll be on the BBC player for a month

i'm jealous! they were tied with midnight oil for best show i saw last year. absolutely stunning both musically & visually. the lights, etc were a bit reminescent of the cure in 2016. very cool but not overbearing & very effective. enjoy!
setlists for the warm up shows in vegas have been interesting & varied. night 1 they didn't play hurt but did do gary numan "metal" & "i'm afraid of americans". some stuff appearing that hasn't been played in a long time. 1 of the fans on echoing the silence said that gary numan was sitting 3 rows in front of him. the fog machine set off fire alarms haha. 1 more show before they head to europe.
There's a new album due out any day, I don't get why they insist on playing so much old material- the setlists need more NEW stuff! They better sort it out for the end of the week, or at least rustle up Dead Souls with Bob on vocals
vegas night 3. wow! Somewhat Damaged The Day the World Went Away The Frail The Wretched Terrible Lie March of the Pigs Something I Can Never Have Me, I'm Not Ahead of Ourselves God Break Down the Door The Lovers Parasite The Great Destroyer The Good Soldier I'm Afraid of Americans (Bowie) The Big Come Down Digital (Joy Division) Less Than Wish Metal (with Gary Numan) Reptile (with Gary Numan) Hurt
Trout Razor & the other bloke are on Lauren Laverne's show today. They'll typically be on at midday BST so if you listen back on the BBC player, fwd to about 2 hours in. It's an interview they recorded while in London for Meltdown
