Last day of allergy testing! Last trip to the hospital! I finally get to shower today after five days!!!!
When you do find out the results? Oh I bet you’re looking forward to that shower, eh? It’s gonna feel marvellous!
I’m done (sitting here using the hospital wifi before I hop the train) and have a list of substances (including pesticide ingredients that may have been used at the cemetery when I experienced my initial reaction). This is such helpful info. I appear to be allergic to some sunscreens as well as common preservatives in body care and cleaning products. I’m so relieved to have answers!!!!
My mom and sister bought me this beautiful earrings for my birthday (last year’s) which were delivered today! The light today isn’t great, but the gemstone (called ammolite) is red, green, blue and yellow! Love them!

Just went out of my apartment for the first time in four days. Walked with Mr. and progeny to drop him off at school and then get a PCR COVID test. It felt great to get out of the house!
So glad I made a fixed-price electrical deal last autumn. I've saved and will save hundreds, maybe thousands of euros due to the hike in electricity prices. And next winter will be even worse. My deal is valid until autumn 2023. If I had electrical heating or electric car I'd be doubly happy. Of course, I will try to save electricity and there will be public requests to not heat the sauna for example in the next winter. But there's plenty of time to heat the sauna once in a while until then.
