I think Raxco make the best Registry Cleaner, their "PerfectDisk" software is also exceptional. There are free programs around that will do the job though.
Am still on Win7, if it ain't broke.....seems like the most stable release since XP

Don't go anywhere near 7 unless you want to pay through the nose for support & updates/ patches. That recent ransomware attack hit windows systems as late as 8. Basically anything where MS stopped supporting the OS for free

I wasn't suggesting anyone goes back to Win7, just saying it still works well for me. FWIW updates & patches are still provided by M$ for free for this OS.
