A tip .... provisionally book two nights at the Premier Inn, that'll cost you £177. When you know what tickets you have, cancel that booking and book two nights - pay in advance and it'll just cost you £122. Paying £177 lets you cancel for free any time up to the date you're due to check in. Paying £122 there is no cancellation possible.
Hmmmm ..... Premier Inn have cancelled my booking, apparently the room was not available, charming! I've been moved the Premier Inn, Kew - which is in Brentford - approx three miles away. It is almost £80 cheaper so not too distraught about the move. Premier Inn Hammersmith is full December 21/22
So ...... I discovered Premier Inn Kew will be "under renovation" during December so I have now ditched that and paid to stay at Premier Inn Richmond, it's close to the tube so simple to get to Hammersmith, and, I lived nearby in Mortlake so know it's an area up to my standards ... .. .
Does anyone know the chances to get to Gatwick airport Tuesday night after the show? The last express train runs at midnaght, but I have no idea about other options to get there at night. Earliest express trains around 3:30. Instead of book another night at the hotel I would hang out at the airport to catch the earliest flight back to Switzerland :-)

There are buses from London Victoria Bus Station, down the road from the train station, run through the night about 1 per hour.
They take about 1 1/2 hours so slower than the train but about £10 I think.
Hello! any chance to share a room with somebody? I'll stay in London 4 night (from 20 to 24th). Otherwise I might take a look to some hostel... (I just have my flight ticket today!!)
