Need of computer hardware assistance please

Yes the fans are going but no beep to indicate it's loading. It doesn't get past the Amber light. Dell pc btw. I removed my external hard drives thinking maybe too much power there but it's still not loading. I can replace the power supply myself if that's what it is. It's not hard. I am not taking it to these fly by night computer people who are going to charge me $200 to change a $25 power supply

All of the fans are moving Edu. Is that what you mean?

Try one thing.
I know it sounds daft, but I have seen this work on HPs before.
Shut it down totally & take the battery off completely.
Try firing it up with just the AC cable & see what happens.
If that works have your battery checked out.

& check if the cooler of processor is tight.

No it's still apart on my desk. Waiting for my psu. Hopefully that is what is wrong. I love my computer. It has the best sound system in it.
