It plays just fine & looks pretty damn good.
If anyone wants to do a fresh transfer & author it without compressing the audio (should be full resolution PCM) I'm happy to send it by mail with a view to sharing here.

I can do that, I clean the entire video first, always produces better results.

Update.
@god has done a mind blowing job on this & I have just had a quick gander at it.
Need to rename the folder & add an info file yet, but I'll be sharing it pretty soon & it is a beauty.
Here is a random screen shot

No silly pixel-adding software has been used & 2 audio versions (stereo & DD5.1)
