Radio Clyde used to record & broadcast many Glasgow shows in the 80s This was one of them & never got broadcast. I am looking for the un-broadcast recording of that night. If it's not publicly shareable please PM me.
your name...like ice into my heart...a shllow grave...a monument to the ruined age...ice in my eyes...and eyes like ice don't move...screaming at the moon...as cold as silence...and you never will say a word...this is my name...and a strange day...ever and ever and ever again......
Thanks Lis. I had a peek on guitars & it's not there.
fatrabbit I got the info from someone I got a Banshees FM show from. I'm tempted to write to Radio Clyde directly but I don't think they'd just give it out to anyone.

Unless you have a very good friend working there, I don't think they'll give you a copy… Anyway, maybe someone made one and got it home and it will surface one day...
Glasgow's Radio Clyde used to record loads of shows in the early 80's this one escaped but locked away in a vault somewhere is a recording of the Cure at the Glasgow Pavillion on the 25th of April 1982 on the Pornography tour - this to my knowledge has never ever been broadcast
Warning: If someone want download there, just be careful, too many files of this website are LOSSY!!
To be quite honest Guitars is one of the largest music downloading forums on the internet. If they are saying a file is FLAC/Lossless it better damn well be. And if anyone ever finds the contrary they should really e-mail the mods to let them know. A forum should never post a music file claiming it to be lossless when it's not.

Totally agree. Guitars has clearly tagged lossy & lossless sections & I have only ever grabbed a Fleetwood Mac show from there & it was perfectly okay. But still my quest goes on. I think I'll write to Radio Clyde (now Clyde 1) & see what i get back. What's the worst that can happen? If they don't want to let it loose, that's their call & no amount of hassling them is going to change that.
