I'm rather hoping it is a million zillion miles from that Hypnogogic drivel.
I would also hope that RS takes the original 4:13 tracks & has them remastered, as the production work on the release was seriously bad & did a good collection of songs a serious mis-justice. The whole thing reeks of a "rush job".
Now he's had time to re-write lyrics & re-record some stuff, I do hope that we see some darker, more moody stuff appear. I'd like the think the leaked demos would be on it & I do feel that A Boy I Never Knew will deffo make an appearance. It just seems weird that they'd take that song on tour that year & not have an album to put it on.
I also would really love to see what the original concept was & perhaps have the right tracks in the right running order on both halves of the album(s). I think that would make a huge difference.
I agree with you - but not about hypnagogic which I rather enjoyed. I had a chat about 4.13 in the pub on the Saturday night and everyone said the production was naff. I remember thinking Years ago that it was all well and good but wanting the second part before I could make up my mind.
Should I revisit it now or wait and hear it as Mr. Smith intended?
Sadly I'm completely hopeless at torrents and stuff. Mp3 is about my limit.
I'm only asking the question cos my system has packed up and given the news I was thinking of buying the mp3 of 4.13 in preparation. Then I thought of waiting and hearing it 'properly'.

A long time ago I've thought so about the audio formats if you think you're happy listening to MP3, I can say that the FLAC opens the gates of paradise, think about it! So you need think in torrents and others stuff.
You're probably right but I'm a bit of a technophobe!
FLAC is just another codec, download CCCP and you'll have all the codecs you'll ever need - Media Player Classic is included with CCCP, that will play just about any Video or audio track. Get it from here: www.cccp-project.net/
