No it's a skull with gorgeous hair. Although I do believe I was Marie Antoinette in a former life. LOL
Ooops! Now that's something. At least I think I was the person from the very same age (German explorer Georg Forster ... hm, they both ended in Paris in the time frame of just several months in 1793 and 1794 respectively... ).
It looks like MA though, and it is indeed very 18th century.
