some of them I find. It´s probably my computer. electrical devices always gets weird around me. And I have neighboors. I live in an apartment building, but I should only be able to hear the persons living above from the living room. I have just moved in, so I am still not familiar, with all the new noises from the building.

I don't really mind hearing my neighbours, I actually feel safer knowing that there are people nearby. But then I'm used to living in apartment buildings.
It's good to sometimes your neighbours, because you know that someone is here, yes it feels safe like melly80 said
